Wholesale trading terms
These terms apply to all wholesale (B2B) orders placed with HOLO. They replace the consumer terms of holo.bg for business customers. By placing a trade order you confirm that you buy for resale or business use and not as a consumer.
1. Trade accounts
Trade prices and ordering are available only to approved business accounts. We review every application by hand. Approval requires a registered business, a contact person and, for 0% VAT, a valid EU VAT number that we verify in VIES. We may decline or close an account at our discretion.
2. Prices
All trade prices are in euro and exclude VAT. Prices are fixed per product and may change without notice; the price shown in the catalogue at the time of order applies. Prices do not include transport.
3. Minimum order and volume discount
The minimum order value is €600 net of VAT. Orders with a net value of €3,500 or more receive an automatic 5% discount on goods. The discount does not apply to transport.
4. Availability and lead times
Products are marked as From stock (dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment) or To order (imported on request, normally 15–20 working days after payment). English-language products are supplied on request only. For to-order items we confirm quantity and lead time before we place the import. If an item becomes unavailable we will offer a substitute or refund that line.
5. Orders and confirmation
An order placed through the catalogue is a request. We confirm it by email with a pro-forma invoice for the goods. A contract is formed when we send that confirmation.
6. Payment
The first two orders of every account are paid in advance by bank transfer against the pro-forma invoice. Goods are reserved or ordered once payment is received. After two completed orders we may agree other terms in writing.

Your VAT number and the legal basis for the zero rate are printed on the invoice. You are responsible for keeping your VAT number valid.
8. Transport
Transport is not included in the order and is not calculated at checkout. After confirmation we quote the transport cost for your shipment and destination and invoice it separately. Goods travel at the buyer’s risk from the moment they are handed to the carrier. Please inspect every shipment on delivery and report visible damage to the carrier and to us within 48 hours.
9. Returns
Trade sales are business-to-business. The 14-day consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. We accept returns only for goods that are damaged in transit, defective or delivered in error, reported within 5 working days of delivery, with photos. Sealed product that has been opened cannot be returned.
10. Resale
You may resell the goods through your own channels. You may not present yourself as HOLO or use our brand assets without written permission. Product images in the catalogue are provided for your own listings of goods bought from us.
11. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the invoiced value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for lost profit or indirect loss.
12. Law
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are settled by the competent Bulgarian court.
